There’s nothing he ever said that wasn’t important, peace and blessings be upon him.
His voice was beautiful and we’d all love to hear it. The companions had it to themselves. To this day, people still hear it. It resonates in all of existence. Transmission is there, receiving it is your job. Didn’t he tell us that he returns salams? It’s established that he replies so transmission is there from his blessed presence, peace and blessings be upon him. If you can’t hear it, it’s your problem. The seed is there.
“He who has seen me in the dream state has truly seen me.” – He said it.
This is the seed for the lover. Would a lover say a dream can’t occur?
The foundational state of man is to listen, learn, reflect and then talk.
We should be of those who don’t get distracted by the state of those away from God.
Racists are sick and need compassion. You treat the sick with mercy. They need mercy.
God gave you one mouth and two ears, make it proportionate.” – A sage
How fortunate are the eyes that beheld his smile?
When he spoke it was as if pearls were falling out of his mouth, peace and blessings be upon him.
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) didn’t eat using his whole blessed hand as it indicated craving and two hands showed little respect.
Even food and drink, he’d tie to realities and beloved ones, The Prophets and Messengers, peace and blessings be upon them all.
His intention of dress was to cover his awrah, showing modesty and not to distract others or to show off. His heart wasn’t tied to how his clothes looked. He’d give garments away if one asked about it. There are examples therein that we’re in need of.
One can never have enough about speaking about the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
The one who God sent is merciful and the message is merciful, peace and blessings be upon him. Now all that remains is the states of those who receive it.
The first to receive the message, internalise it and permeate it were his companions, may Allah be pleased with them all. They received through hearts that recognised the Prophet who is Merciful and Clement and the Lord who is Merciful and Compassionate.
Those who are entrusted with being carriers of mercy, they are entrusted to those who surround them and what surrounds them.
The foundation of every one of you is mercy as it’s the primordial pattern that Allah (Exalted is He) put in you. This compassion is a small part of which Allah (Exalted is He) created for the after-life.
The human soul is in a state which has compassion and mercy and when it interacts with the existence of its surroundings it changes by what it finds itself in. It’s doesn’t lose mercy but it becomes absent.
The origin of the creation of fear and hope is to come to the Creator. This is what these feelings are for.
“Say I am a human but like you.”
This isn’t to bring him (peace and blessings be upon him) down but to truly increase us if we attach ourselves.
The one who doesn’t attach his humanity to his humanity (peace and blessings be upon him) and be taken by the Divine Presence can never be affirmed in Tawhid. He’ll never ascend to perfections of Tawhid.
If we tie our eating and drinking to his eating and drinking, peace and blessings be upon him. This portion of similitude will take us to ascent.
Look upon those who God has chosen with love and love ones that God loves as it is the real way to love God because it’s the door to truly surrendering to the will of Allah.
The thing which veils us from God is the portion of our selves.
Through attachment to the greatest mercy (peace and blessings be upon him) and witnessing we ascend. Look to his biography. When you turn to his life in this manner, you’ll see the light of mercy overflowing in each situation and they’ll come into your heart and permeate it and pierce it. When this happens, it will turn to the soul and there’ll be less of the self.
Everyone that hurts you, from this moment on look at them with the eye of mercy. Honestly, with mercy and forgiveness. They’ll become your aid in spreading good.
Change yourselves by compassion to yourselves. Change society through compassion. When you feel weak, strengthen your connection to the Prophet of Compassion, peace and blessings be upon him.
Frequently send salutations and do so with love. Study his Shama’il and let it be your connection. Let your children chant it. Let them be attracted to those realities.
More to follow, in sha Allah.
